This beautiful house classified by the “Bâtiments de France” has undergone major renovation work in order to be completely rehabilitated and modernized.

2 years of work were necessary to review the entire villa: slabs, roof, windows, electricity, plumbing, heating … A 30m² extension was also created to increase the living room and terrace area facing the lake.
